Hello! I'm Teresa Johnson, the Social Media Lead for the Office of Low Earth Orbit (LEO) Observations, a collaborative effort between NOAA and NASA. I manage the social media accounts for the Joint Polar Satellite System (JPSS) Program, specializing in creating engaging campaigns and sharing satellite images that highlight weather and climate events. In addition to managing campaigns, I contribute to our STEM Engagement team, developing educational content for K-12 students and participating in outreach events to spark their interest in science.
My love for science and technology education fuels my desire to get young minds excited about Earth science, the arts, and beyond. Outside of work, you might find me composing music, writing, exploring nature, or spending time with loved ones.
