Hi! I’m Teresa Johnson, a Communications Specialist with the Office of Low Earth Orbit (LEO) Observations, a joint effort between NOAA and NASA. I support LEO communications through social media planning and publishing, campaign support, and short- and long-form writing. My work brings satellite observations and Earth science topics to both internal teams and the public, coordinating with weather experts and scientists as needed.
Additional work includes communications support for satellite testing and milestone updates, K–12 STEM education materials, newsletter support, and assistance with outreach and program promotional materials.
Outside of work, you might find me making music and art, writing, exploring nature, or spending time with loved ones. I’m happiest when I’m creating something.
